Fira de Santa Llucia Christmas Market
Fira de Santa Llucia is the biggest Christmas Market in Barcelona, held in front of the Cathedral. Dating back to 1786, the market hosts hundreds of market stalls selling seasonal treats, whilst nativity scenes, musical parades and exhibitions add to the seasonal atmosphere.
La Sagrada Familia
The church of La Sagrada Familia was begun in 1882 and in 1883 Gaudi was commissioned to carry on the work, a task which he did not abandon until his death in 1926. Since then different architects have continued the work after his original idea and the building is still going on.
The museum is a key reference for understanding the formative years of Pablo Picasso. The genius of the young artist is revealed through the more than 3,800 works that make up the museum's permanent collection.
Nou Camp Stadium Tour
A tour of the Nou Camp Stadium, home to FC Barcelona, is always a popular choice with student groups. It is a truly memorable experience to visit the Nou Camp and the stadium's incredible facilities. The stadium also houses the most visited museum in Catalonia, El Museu del Barca, which pays homage to the club.
